Nick Filippi

Nick is a Cleveland, OH native and made his way to Columbus shortly after college.  Graduate from the University of Toledo with a degree in Marketing and International Business. Nick has worked for the University of Toledo Football Team, Sherwin-Williams, and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits gaining extensive experience in both sales and marketing. Nick was first inspired to pursue his real estate career after purchasing his first home with Minister Realty. He has since joined the Minister Realty team and is looking forward to continued success. Nick prides himself on his consultative approach, open communication, attention to detail, and market knowledge to provide exceptional customer service to his clients.

Nick currently resides in the Columbus area with his wife and two children.  He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exercising, and rooting on his favorite Cleveland sports teams.
